Microvisc®, Microvisc® plus and Microvisc® phaco
Microvisc products are viscoelastics used for cataract surgery. It creates space in the eye and protects cells in the use of instruments. Microvisc contains 1% sodium hyaluronate while Microvisc plus has 1.4%, both of high molecular weight. Microvisc phaco contains 2.5% sodium hyaluronate of a special formulation. The different concentrations are designed to suit surgeon’s preferences and grade of complication of cases.

BBTvisc™

This promising product, less viscoelastic, and more viscoadaptive than the Microvisc® product range, is meant to replace HPMC within cataract surgeries. BBTvisc™ has a sodium hyaluronate concentration of 1.5%.

Microdrops™

Microdrops™ are eyedrops designed to lubricate and moisten dry and irritated eyes. They contain 0.2% sodium hyaluronate of high molecular weight.
